HaEaLaPa is built on something simple: experienced tradespeople who know each other, trust each other, and care about the work they leave behind.

We are a group of independent, small family-operated plumbing businesses who have worked together, trained together, and built friendships over decades. Some of us started as apprentices under others in the group. Some have trained each other along the way. Together, we bring more than 100 years of combined hands-on experience across plumbing, drainage, gas, hot water, pipe relining, renovations, and home maintenance.

We are still independent plumbers, each with our own specialised areas. That means when you call us, we aim to send the right person for your type of job — not just whoever is available. For smaller jobs, we work independently in the areas we know best. For larger jobs, we come together as a trusted team, using people we know, rely on, and would happily have working in our own homes.

We also believe in sharing knowledge. When bigger jobs bring us together, we use those opportunities to pass on skills, teach each other, and keep improving the standard of work across the group.

And when a job needs a specialist outside our circle, we will do our best to help you find the right person.
